Just A Relaxing Weekend

We went and visited my (Jaime) mom and dad this weekend. We just needed a break, and haven't visited them in a while, so...off we went! They have a pool, so the kids swam the entire weekend. I forgot about taking pictures, sorry. But overall it was very relaxing. We went ahead and had my mom take family pictures of us to put on our little "information" cards. Hopefully we'll be going to the printers with those this week. Here are a few she took.

We are trying to go with a more informal, inviting look. We felt like it would be more like family this way instead of your typical dressy, studio pictures. We think they really came out good.

This picture was really cute because of Josiah. He's looking at Nicole, like "what is she doing?" Too funny.

Meet The Kids Video

I (Jaime) created a video about the kids--you can see the link to the right. We have recording capability on our digital camera, but no sound, so I put the little video to music and added words. I think it came out really nice. Only thing is that you must have the latest adobe flash player installed to view it. It's not a problem to get it, and it installs very quickly. It won't mess up the computer or anything. So far, though, alot of people have been having a problem watching it, but I'm gonna leave the link up anyway...cause you never know.

Traveling Around and Update

We've been doing alot of traveling lately, going to different meetings and such. It's been really fun meeting new people and getting to know them. Everyone has been soo nice to us and welcomed us like family. We look forward to doing more traveling.

The kids have done surprisingly well. I think this is because someone at every meeting has taken us out to dinner. :) Who doesn't like eating out?? Also, they've been treated like royalty. They've been given candy and toys and told how beautiful and good they all are. So, what's not to like about this situation?

Well, Keith's last day of school is May 24th. He's really looking forward to it. For all who don't know...Keith is a high school teacher, and this will be his last year teaching. After that, we'll be full-time traveling. We also have a "family" vacation planned after school is out. We'll be with my (Jaime) family down south. We'll be going to the beach, fishing, and just hanging out and relaxing. We'll also be celebrating Keith's birthday. So, looks like we're gonna be pretty busy for a while.
